The Hermit Octopus was born in an art session with friends. We pulled this prompt out of the tin: "A new creature made from two other creatures". 

I adore Hermit crabs and Octopuses (It's a Greek word, so 'es' is the plural; if it were Latin, the plural would be 'pi'. Yes, I'm a nerd).

There are six option to chose from. Two image (one of the whole Hermit Octopus, one of a close up of the tentacles) and the mugs some in different sizes and colours (innards and handles).

The white mug is 10oz, larger than the mugs with coloured interiors and handles that are 6oz.

The top of the snail shell actually does not exist. So the image ending cutting the top of the shell off works really well, particularly when there's the black band of the mug inner to frame it.

Dishwasher and microwave safe; for best results over time place in the lower basket of the dishwasher or hand wash.
