How long before I get my stuff?
We target within two weeks. As we are a very small business, we don’t tie our funds up in stock. This means we often print / make to order. It also means we can invest money to create more artwork, develop & design more kits and sewing pieces, and plan lessons.
When we post out the item we will email you the proof of postage so you can see it is on the way.
If there is a delay in our processes (eg: sickness) or a delay caused by external factors (eg: storms, strikes) we will be in contact asap and will continue to keep you informed.
Can I collect instead of pay for postage?
Absolutely! Go through the checkout process and there is an option to collect. Once the order has gone through, please email anna@baddave.co.uk to arrange collection.

Can I use your kits to make products to sell?
Our kits have design elements unique to Bad Dave and thus are our Intellectual Property. If you want to use our kits to make products to sell legally, please contact us for terms and costs.
Note: if your child is wanting to make items to sell for charity, please do contact us and we’ll see what we can do to support their efforts without cost impact.
Do you take commissions?
The only commissions we take are for large orders or fabric changes as in the below two questions.
We do not design items or produce artwork on commission.
Can I customise an item/can I change the fabric?
We do not personalise items. We only customise sewing kits / sewn items fabric choices. Note that this option will extend delivery time due to the additional communication time needed.
