Order Processing

Please allow 14 working days to process your order. Many of our items are printed to order, if we have the item in stock it will be shipped faster. Expect an email within 7 working days to let you know how your order is doing and an expected ETA at your door!

  1. Local Delivery / Pick Up (available within 5 miles of Wellington, Somerset). Please be sure to select this option in the check out.
    • Pick Ups: We are a small business working out of our home so we will organise a mutually convenient location for you to pick up your order.
    • Delivery: We can deliver to your home or a mutually agreeable location within 5 miles from Wellington, Somerset. Bad Dave will be in contact after the order is received to organise this with you.
    • Change your mind? If you decide at a later date to have items shipped please contact dave@baddave.co.uk and we will organise a separate shipping payment for you and ship your order out to you.

Delivery

We use Royal Mail for the majority of our postage.

Our cards are A5, so the smallest Royal Mail size we qualify for is Large Letter. We will notify you once your order dispatched.

Orders over £300 get free tracked & signed for postage. This will be shown at checkout.

International

  1. All international postage will be shipped Tracked and Signed For for everyone’s peace of mind.
  2. Costs vary according to the country you are in and will be shown at checkout.
  3. Customs and Duty fees will be paid by the customer.

Expedited Delivery

  1. We can only do next day delivery if we have the item in stock and you are within 5 miles of Bad Dave. We are not Amazon (yet!) and even they took ten years to create Prime.

Restrictions

  1. Bad Dave reserves the right to cancel an order that seem or is investigated to be suspicious.

Returns

We’re not Amazon (yet!) but as a small business we do provide 1. Return & Refund, 2. Exchanges or 3. Store Credit. There is a process we both need to follow to identify which direction will be actioned.

Please read the whole section on returns before starting the returns process below:

  1. Please open and Check your order asap on receipt
  2. Contact us within 7 days via dave@baddave.co.uk. Please provide your order details (specifically order number), photos of the issue in question and what you are asking for.
  3. Bad Dave will review the request within 7 days and may ask some more questions before we (Bad Dave and you) work on the next steps.
  4. Possible directions that could be actioned:
    • Replacements:
      • If the wrong item has been shipped we will resend the correct item at our cost, you do not have to return the original item. Target date for shipping out: 7 working days.
      • If you want to exchange the item, you will need to return the item in its original packaging and pay for the postage costs to arrive at Bad Dave within 7 working days or a date pre-agreed within Step 3. If you do not use the original packaging and the item arrives damaged no return/refund, exchange or store credit will be given and the request closed. Being a small business we need to put the item back into stock. If the item can be put back into stock the target for shipping out an exchange or refund completion is 7 working days; note: shipping costs to get the exchange back to you will be paid for by Bad Dave.
      • If the item has arrived at your address damaged, you will need to return the item in its original packaging and pay for the postage costs to arrive at Bad Dave within 7 working days or a date pre-agreed within Step 3. We will need to run tests on the original packaging to stop any further damages happening in the future. Target for shipping out a replacement or refund completion is 7 working days; note: shipping costs to get the replacement back to you will be paid for by Bad Dave.
    • Refunds
      • Store Credits will be issued as a Store Credit Voucher with a code you will need to keep safe in order to redeem the Store Credit. Store Credits need to be used within 18 (eighteen) months, the exact date of expiry will be confirmed in Step 3.
      • Refunds will cover the cost of the item, not the cost of postage.
  5. If the item is customisedcommissioned or was made unique to your specification no return/refund, exchange or store credit will be given.
